Thanks for the support everyone. I’m ready to admit I have a problem. An obsession, really, and I feel like it’s time to come clean.
EXHIBIT A:
The cover designer of Begin Again is a genius. A Monet of book covers. (check out C&K Creations on FB if you don’t believe me). I get giddy, excited butterflies when I get a notification that they’ve posted. So, here is my confession. I’m a book cover hoarder.
There I said it (and don’t tell my husband!). I’ve purchased…a number… of covers just to stare at when I hit a mental block while writing. They’re my little .png’s of inspiration. They’re all so beautiful that they have become motivation enough to sit and write, so that one day I can have them represent the words I’ve slaved over. I’ll share them all with you one day. When each face has their story told you’ll see then and say, “I get it.”
Until then, I’ll continue to look (with my eyes instead of my paypal account) at these little treasures crafted by the masters.
