These past few months have been wrought with change, and I am not a huge fan of change.
In December I graduated from BYU ending my school life forever (you hear that grad school? I’m not coming!) and completely throwing off my routine. Seventeen years of being a student has suddenly ended forcing me to grow up and (begrudgingly) embrace adulthood. I’ve finally started my first “Big Girl Job” solidifying the life-altering changes. The one constant through the whirlwind of adjustments has been writing. It’s become one of my three priorities of my day.
Work out, work, write, repeat.
It might not be the most glamourous but I’m getting so much done hiding in my cave. If you haven’t seen or heard from me in awhile this is what I’ve been doing. The rhythm and predictability of my days has been the one thing getting me through a stressful time of change. The results have been awesome and I’m excited to share them with you all soon. Writing the follow up to Begin Again has been a unique challenge but I’ve been so happy/excited/surprised by how things are coming together.
Thank you all for your patience. Great things are coming soon.
